Thanks, PostMuse for pointing this one out for me…
She mentioned in a comment to one of my posts that she knew of a small book made from five envelopes. It’s cute and handy! Not only highly useful, but could make great mini gifts! And it looks like they could be made in a very short amount of time with very little material.
Go check it out: Mini Envelope Book

Very very cool! I’ve seen a different design in the scrapbook world, I thought that was what it was going to be. I really like this one though.

I showed my 8-year-old daughter how to make a paper bag book out of brown lunch bags. I mentioned to her that you could make a similar book out of envelopes. Before I knew it, she had crafted an envelope book as part of her science project on the solar system. She filled it with solar system facts and tucked pictures of the planets inside the envelopes.

I should try some of this with my son. He loves anything involving glue. It scares me. I wish I could line my whole house with visquene.
I’ve made two of these “booklets” for my daugthter, who will be traveling to both Jamaica and Malawi in the coming month. Each has a travel theme based on the destination. I love this idea!
