Are you in the mood to do something weird and fun? Let’s write Erin Delaney a letter.
Who is Erin Delaney? She writes for a publication called The Weekender and recently wrote a story about letter writing in which she encourages everyone to get busy and write letters. So, what the heck. Let’s drop Erin a note and tell her we’re in the game. Why not?
Let’s see how many people we can get to write her, just for the heck of it.

LOL, I really like the way you think! I would definitely play along if I were in the U.S. Trying to wrestle with Austrian Post takes too long for things like this. I almost want to wait 3 months till I’m back in the U.S. before I really get involved in writing letters…
I’ll write to her. I liked her article and I was looking for more people to write to for National Card and Letter Writing month.
I’m game! Will write the letter tonight. I have cool aerogram stationery from http://intgirl.com/ that I’ll use.

I did it!
I did mine, too!
Stephanie, sorry you’re so far away! But you should still do something to celebration National Card and Letter Writing Month!
And for those who don’t have the long delay and are writing… GOOD JOB!
You’re right, I should. Maybe I’ll try and revive my idea of sending all my friends postcards. It seems like the post is trying to get a little faster… maybe…
Write a postcard or letter a day or something. Yes, maybe I should. Starts tomorrow right?
Yep, starts tomorrow, although I’m sure you will be forgiven if you are “fashionably late”!
You should check out O’Shea’s web site starting tomorrow. She is supposed to be doing a daily thing for the whole month. Also, check out 365 Letters. She is doing a letter each day. Ambitious girls they are! Makes me tired just thinking about it.
Giiirrrl, you know I’m in! What a fun idea. Thanks for doing the legwork and giving us her address right up front, too.
(PostMuse, I am so, so, so tempted by those awesome aerogrammes!)

Can I also just note how much I love a post titled “Let’s freak someone out?”
I did it, and I am certainly going to help celebrate and spread the word about National Card and Letter Writing Month.
Sure!!!
